The late N.T. Rama Rao, Telugu Cinema’s matinee idol and the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has a special place in the hearts of the Telugu people. His passion for the Telugu language is well known.
Now,a new font has been named after NTR and it has been placed in the Google Fonts directory, along with five other new Telugu fonts. The total number of Telugu fonts in the Google Fonts directory now stands at 17.
Along with NTR, a font has also been named after former education minister Mandali Venkata Krishna Rao. Silicon Andhra has released the fonts with a SIL Open Fonts License 1.1
